A2: Thuya (or thuja) root wood is a rare and prized wood found in Morocco. It’s known for its stunning swirling grain, warm amber color, and distinctive natural fragrance. No two pieces are identical.
Q3: Do you ship internationally?
A3: Yes! We ship worldwide, including to Europe, the USA, Canada, Australia, and beyond. Shipping times vary by destination and are displayed at checkout.
Q4: How long does delivery take?
A4: Delivery typically takes 7–14 business days for Europe, and 10–20 business days for the USA and other destinations.
Q5: Are your products unique?
A5: Yes — because every item is handmade from natural wood, no two pieces are exactly the same. Variations in grain and color are a natural feature of the material, not a defect.
Q6: Can I place a custom or bulk order?
A6: Absolutely. We welcome custom orders for gifts, events, or wholesale. Please contact us via our contact page with your requirements.
Q7: What is your return policy?
A7: We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are unused and in their original condition. Please contact us before sending anything back.
