1. Seller Information

2. Products
All products are handmade from natural Moroccan thuya wood. As each piece is entirely handcrafted, slight variations in grain, colour, and finish are inherent and are not considered defects. Product photos are as accurate as possible, but natural variations may exist between the displayed item and the item received.

3. Prices
All prices are displayed in Euros (EUR). As a French auto-entrepreneur operating under the VAT exemption scheme (franchise en base de TVA — Article 293B of the French General Tax Code), our prices do not include VAT. Prices may be updated at any time; the applicable price is the one shown at checkout.

4. Orders
By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that all information provided is accurate. We reserve the right to cancel any order in case of a pricing error, stock issue, or suspected fraud. You will be notified and fully refunded if this occurs.

5. Payment

6. Shipping
We ship worldwide from Essaouira, Morocco. Estimated delivery times:

Europe: 7–14 business days
USA & Canada: 10–20 business days
Rest of the world: 14–25 business days

These are estimates and may vary due to customs or carrier delays. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Any customs duties or import taxes in the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer.

7. Right of Withdrawal — 14 Days (EU Law)
In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU and French Consumer Code (Article L221-18), EU customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order, without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, contact us at contact@essaouiraartisanat.com within this period. Items must be returned unused and in their original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

8. Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 14 days to the original payment method. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item has been used or damaged by the customer.

9. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@essaouiraartisanat.com with a photo. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

10. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, we will first seek an amicable resolution. If no agreement is reached, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent French courts. EU customers may also use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr

11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by French law.
